Taking the desired dose for regularity immediately upon waking should help relieve constipation early in the day. If you suffer from restless leg syndrome or have a particularly long or hard training day, taking Magnesium Citrate in the evening is the best timing. This is an all-day everyday supplement that can be dosed as needed for a variety of health issues.

Q – HOW MUCH MAGNESIUM CITRATE SHOULD I TAKE EACH DAY?

A – If you are taking our Multivitamin, you should only need Magnesium Citrate occasionally following high stress or long training sessions. In this case, one capsule should be sufficient either daily or on a regular basis. You can take up to 4 capsules per day if you are using it for constipation.

Q – WHAT BENEFITS SHOULD I NOTICE?

A – If you have trouble with regularity, it should get you back to normal. If you experience muscle cramps or restless leg syndrome, those should diminish immediately and go away all together very soon after starting this supplement protocol.
