What is an NPN?
NPN stands for Natural Product Number. They have been mandatory for selling any supplements or Natural Products in canada since 2002. In addition, the Canadian site that manufactures, packages, labels and imports these products must have a Site License. Those sites must follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
If the products that you are using or looking to buy cannot be found on the Health Canada Website, it means that it cannot be legally sold in Canada.
All the products on our website have their unique NPN.
Product Side Effects
You were using competitor's products and you've switch to ProteinCo and you are experiencing curious side effects like never before. I will say that is is normal since all of our products are formulated for full therapeutic dosage. They are are based on effectiveness and not hype.
Compare our formulas with some of the leading brands and you will notice that in most cases, our dosages are much higher. Which explains some of the side effects.
I have negative side effects after using a product, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the product container is open, we will not refund or issue a credit.
All our products have been approved by Health Canada and they are considered safe for human consumption. They are packaged and formulated in our state of the art Health Canada Licensed facility, we guarantee effective dosage and product integrity. For instances where you would experience negative side effects, we advise you to stop using the product and consult a health practitioner, if necessary.
I have ordered the wrong product. What can I do?
If you have not opened and/or damaged the container, you may return it and pay for shipping it back to us by first completing the Return Form and complying with our return procedure. We will issue a refund of the net product cost.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If I mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address, what will happen?
You are fully responsible for providing the exact shipping address. In the vent that you made a mistake, we will reship your order but it will incur additional shipping fees. If you decide to cancel your order, you will still be liable for paying the shipping to the wrong address and shipping back to our shipping facility. The shipping amount will be deducted from your product refund.
Pay by Interac E-Transfer
You do not have a credit card? That is not a problem. We accept E-Transfers by Interac. Email us (info@proteinco.ca) to place your order and simply send us the funds following the procedure provided by our Customer Service Agent.
