KEY NUTRIENTS
D-Aspartic Acid and L-Sarcosine
are two powerful nutrients in this formula. Studies indicate D-Aspartic acid is one of the most potent natural hormone enhancing nutrients we know of. is considered the more biologically active form of vitamin B5. It’s purpose in our Hormone Support supplement is to promote adrenal health. Your adrenal glands produce a small amount of hormone so it’s an important nutrient. Additionally, pantethine is very important in helping to keep cholesterol levels in the healthy range.
Rhaponticum 20-Hydroxyecdysone
is another key nutrient. We promise we aren’t purposely using impossible to pronounce nutrients to formulate this top rated Hormone Support supplement. FAQ
Q – Can I take Hormone Support every day?
A – We recommend a cycle of no more than 12 days on followed by 3 days off. Better results should be realized with this routine versus taking it every day without an off cycle.
Q – Is it ok to adjust the number of days on and off?
A – Our research indicates 12 days being ideal for boosting your free hormone levels. They should remain elevated for at least 3 days before starting to recede back to your body’s typical levels. If you choose to take more than 3 days off that is fine. Just make sure you use the 12 day on cycle precisely.

Pre Workout
Hormone Support is best used twice daily before training. If you train early in the day, take 1 serving soon after waking and the second serving sometime in the afternoon. Should you train multiple times a day, consume before each workout up to a maximum of twice daily. During off training days, take one serving in the morning and the second in the afternoon.
