Benefits

  • Supports Growth Hormone (GH) Increase: L-Citrulline has been shown to support the increase of growth hormone levels in the body. Growth hormone plays a crucial role in muscle growth, recovery, and overall performance.

  • Enhances BCAA Utilization during Workouts: L-Citrulline aids in the utilization of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) during workouts. This can enhance the effectiveness of BCAAs in promoting muscle protein synthesis, reducing muscle damage, and improving exercise performance.

  • Supports Muscle and Creatine Synthesis: L-Citrulline is involved in muscle protein synthesis, which is essential for muscle growth and repair. Additionally, it supports the synthesis of creatine, a compound important for energy production during high-intensity exercise.

FAQ

Q – CAN I USE CREATINE MONOHYDRATE CONTINUOUSLY?

A – Low doses of 2-3 grams per day could be used on a daily basis with no ill effects most likely. A dose of 3-5 grams every day for a month then cycled off for a week before resuming is a more widely accepted routine, and our personal recommendation however.

Q – WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO USE CREATINE?

A – Several hours before a workout is the ideal time to supplementing with Creatine Monohydrate. This will assure you have as much available as possible to keep your energy levels and regeneration at their peak. It’s also a great recovery supplement and can be added to our BCAA Powdered Drink and sipped during training.

Q – CAN I ADD IT TO OTHER PRODUCTS LIKE YOUR AMINO RECOVERY?

A – Yes. Our Amino Recovery is an excellent product for personalizing with added creatine. There is already a bit of Creatine Monohydrate in our nitrogen balance preserving blend and adding 2-5 grams additional may be of additional benefit for your recovery. It also lends itself well to adding to any of our other powdered drink mixes.

L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that offers remarkable benefits to athletes and fitness enthusiasts. It serves as a precursor to arginine, but it is absorbed more efficiently by the intestines.

One of the key effects of L-Citrulline is its ability to increase vasodilation by stimulating the production of nitric oxide. This leads to improved blood flow and nutrient delivery to muscles, resulting in enhanced performance, reduced fatigue, and potentially increased protein synthesis.

Additionally, L-Citrulline supplementation has been linked to a decrease in blood pressure, contributing to better overall circulatory system health. By supporting the increase of growth hormone levels, enhancing BCAA utilization, and aiding muscle and creatine synthesis, L-Citrulline powder can be a valuable addition to your fitness routine.

false labeling

There is no L-Citrulline in this product. The ingredients state that it is CitrullineMalate. Totally different chemical structure. This is false labeling.

Workout Booater

My boyfriend faithfully uses this product before workouts. The taste can be a little bitter but you can use stevia to sweeten it up some.

Good product!

Great product, you get exactly what is advertised except it is L citrulline Malate at around a 1-1 ratio not pure citrulline so be aware of that.
