FAQ
Q – How do I know if I have a zinc deficiency?
A – Buy zinc sulfate powder and dissolve 2 teaspoons in water. Take a sip and hold it in your mouth. If it tastes like plain water you are VERY zinc deficient. If it’s slightly metallic tasting you are moderately deficient. If it tastes very metallic and bad making you want to spit it out, you most likely have proper levels of zinc.
A LITTLE ZINC IS GOOD BUT TOO MUCH IS TOXIC!
Q – Can I take too much zinc?
A – Yes, zinc is one mineral that can be toxic if you ingest too much. Never take more than the recommended dose of any zinc supplement.
